Important Information for Transplant Recipients
The Transplant team has advised of a noticeable increase in COVID 19 infection in the transplant patient group over the past few weeks.
The transplant team is reiterating to all transplant recipients to continue to stay safe and stay away from crowds. Overseas travel is not recommended, and you should act act as if you haven't had the vaccine.
Transplant patients are considered to be in the 'Very High Risk' group and should continue to follow the advice from the HSE for this group.
